Does hosting include building my website?
Hosting and website builds are separate services. Hosting gives your site a home; a website build brings the pages, design and content together. If you need both, tell us what you’re working towards.
Can I move an existing WordPress website?
Tell us where it’s hosted now and share the website address. We’ll review the setup and discuss the migration work, any costs and what needs coordinating before a move.
What happens to my email when I move hosting?
Email may be hosted separately or with your current provider. We’ll need to understand that setup before changing DNS or moving the website. Check email inclusions separately when comparing plans.
Does Perth hosting mean the server is in Perth?
Our local connection is the advice and support you get from Startup Local in Perth. Server locations depend on the hosting plan and provider; check the actual location and support arrangements before buying.
How do I know which features are included?
